We suggest that our customers posses networking skills proficient enough to configure the tunnel with the help of our knowladge base. We do offer billable time-based support for tunnel configuration assistance.
Do you support BGP?
Yes, we support BGP and can deliver you full tables over you tunnel! If you have specific questions about features or limitations please contact us.
What are your typical lead times?
Most of our services are provisioned instantly, thanks to automation. If you purchase a tunnel from us you will receive configuration details within the hour. Some more advanced features, such as if you are brining your own IP space from an LIR, will require more time. In this situation we will need a signed LOA and accurate WHOIS and RPKI to begin adverising your prefixes.
